At the beginning of the year I did a giveaway on my instagram for 1 photo session for my followers. The papaya Joana who won and we did a session for her little baby Maya, just 5 weeks old. The session was at their house, with mom, dad, Maya and Barto (their puppy). Maya is the most beautiful thing and an excellent model. Super quiet and collaborative cried just a little bit (which is super natural and we always give the baby the time he needs to take the photos, always with breaks to calm down, nurse changing diapers, whatever). Maya's little room is very beautiful and with good light coming in so we did most of the photos there and some in the room for Barto to participate! DREAMY SESSION!
Ludi is a good friend of mine, she just got married on Court (no party for now due to the pandemic) and asked me to take some engagement pictures for them. They chose Balboa Park because they really like the local architecture, and I loved it because I love Balboa! Ludi had chosen a beautiful red dress, but her fiance fell in love with the white dress and convinced her to go with it, so we took advantage of it and took pictures with both of them to give a different tone to the photos. Kevin is also a super fan of the Green Bay Packers so they brought
a more casual outfit to wear with the team's T-shirts! The session was super fun, they had several ideas for the photos and also accepted everything I suggested! The day was beautiful and the light at Balboa never disappointed! Take a look how it looks ...
I was dying to do an urban photoshoot. It is rare in San Diego (with such beautiful beaches and parks) to find a couple that it is looking for a more urban style, so when Bruna and Jarbas asked me to take their photos in downtown I knew that would be one of my favorite sessions of all time. And it was! I took them to one of my favorite rooftops with this old neon sign that gives a vintage look to the shoot and then we went to 5th ave for some street shots. They were so fun to hang with and so cute with each other that you can see their love pouring from the photos!
