Last week, I had the absolute pleasure of photographing the coolest family. Picture this: a mom, a dad, and their adorable 6-month-old baby boy. Initially, our plans were set for maternity photos, but life had its twists, and we found ourselves rescheduling due to pregnancy complications. However, we didn't let that dampen our spirits. Instead, we embraced the present moment and decided to capture the magic of their little one at 6 months old.
The family had a vision for their photoshoot – they wanted the backdrop of a beach, and what better place to capture the essence of family joy than Windansea, one of San Diego's gems. With its rugged beauty and endless expanse of ocean, it was the perfect canvas for our session.
In the days leading up to the shoot, I shared my preparation guide with them, and I was amazed at how they took it to heart.
