A maternity photo session on one of my favorite beaches in San Diego. Windansea has nice sand and beautiful water and I love when my clients choose this location for their photos. The tide was high that day and luckily Adriana and her husband were super fun and didn't mind getting a little wet!

When Brittany came to me to do her family photo shoot, she suggested doing it in their backyard because of Covid and also for the girls to feel more comfortable. I assume that I was a little afraid at first; it's more complicated to have a session where you don't know the place or the light that hits there. But when I got there and saw the joy of the girls in being able to photograph with their toys and the kittens, my concern went away. Besides, they have a wonderful house and we had a lot of fun!
